Yes, the Vacurect is for anyone looking to create erections using vacuum technology. As always, please consult your Urologist or Medical Professionals to ensure a vacuum erection device is a viable option for your situation.

If by ‘work’ you mean creating an erection when you want one, then yes. The Vacurect simply draws blood into the penis, and the ring system keeps it there, giving you an erection for 30 minutes max.

No, we do not recommend taking the Vacurect apart for general cleaning.

The Vacurect only needs to be taken apart of you feel the up-down motion of the cylinders are sticking. In this case you would use the silicone oil provided in the Vacurect kit. If you lose the silicone oil, just use a silicone-based lubricant.

The Vacurect doesn't have a traditional safety valve like you see on other pumps, however, it does have an easy air release method. This is due to the difference in design.

With the Vacurect, you just lift the cylinder off the ring to release air and wait for the air to leave. The vacuum pressure will diminish and the erection will subside. Next place the cylinder back on the ring.

The Vacurect currently comes in only one sized cylinder. This is designed to accommodate for about 95% of the penis-owning population, as the average circumference is around 4.75 inches (the Vacurect opening circumference is 5.5 inches).

If you know you are on the larger size, it’s best to measure yourself erect before investing in the Vacurect. If you have ED that means you currently cannot create a full erection manually, you could try using a penile injection to create a full erection then take the measurements.

If you already own the Vacurect and are finding that you fill the cylinder, try applying a silicone-based lubricant all over the shaft, saving the water-based lubricant for only the ring. The silicone lubricant should make the penis more oily and slippery to help the cylinder ease off.

If the Vacurect pump still feels too small for easy daily use, you could use it just for intercourse, and for rehabilitation, you could consider a cheaper sex toy pump, such as this one.
