Vacurect Device 'the Rolls Royce' :

  • 30 day money back guarantee for the Vacurect device, provided the product was used at least 4 times, including troubleshooting email or phone contact with Victoria. All Vacuum Devices require training and an adjustment period to learn the technique. That is why we give you free video-based email delivered training when you shop with us. However, if this device after training is not working for you, please get in touch so we can help or issue you a refund : 
  • Please familiarise yourself with the outcome expectations of using this device before purchasing. 
  • We will not accept a change of mind return. 
  • If a device is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase (email receipts are automatically sent after purchase). We will refund you the cost of shipping us the returned item so long as this is done through regular Oz Post delivery sent within Australia. 
  • The Vacurect Device also comes with a one-year warranty. Please contact Victoria if you believe your device has broken.

We-Vibe Match Vibrator - 'vibration therapy' :

  • The We-vibe Match has several uses and we recommend trying all the ideas in the training videos and manuals that suit you. 
  • We do not offer refunds for the We-vibe Match unless there is a manufacturing fault. 
  • The We-vibe Match comes with a one year warranty.
  • We will not accept change of mind returns. 
  • We want to make sure you get the most out of every purchase with us. This is not like a toaster (and even those can be tricky to work sometimes!). There is a period of exploration to work out how you end up enjoying this product, together and alone. Please get in touch by email if it's not quite working for you.  

Vacuum Device Attachments :

  • We do not offer refunds for the attachments unless they arrive not as advertised.
  • The attachments do not come with a warranty, in order to keep them in the best possible condition please wash only with soap and water. Do not use silicone-based lubricant on these products as this may degrade the product surface.
  • We will not accept change of mind returns. 

Returns Process.

  2. Victoria will first attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you, many problems with devices initially can be solved with troubleshooting. 
  3. If the situation cannot be resolved, you will be asked to send the device back and you will be issued a refund, We will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
